The Merlot Split Level is a beautiful family home. Through the front door threshold this house is comprised of a foyer, great room and study, surrounded by the kitchen, nook, and laundry opposite the master bedroom and accessories.
The second floor entails a mezzanine opening over the great room encompassed by three bedrooms. One is accessorized with a full bath and walk-in closet, the second with a walk-in closet, and the third with a bi-fold closet. The second floor also consists of a closet space for laundry, room for storage and a second full bath.
Through the arrival of the Sierra Colonial one encounters the foyer leading off to stair, den, laundry, half bath and into the kitchen, nook, and great room. The first floor coexists with a two car garage.

The Cheyenne Ranch is a beautiful country style home with a grand porch along the front exterior facade, designed for a calm evening under the sunset.
This ranch is a split ranch, meaning that the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms. This is one key element to the house, as well as the spacious, open central plan connecting the great room, kitchen and nook.
The Crystal Ranch is a luxurious home, with the potential of having up to three bedroom and a grand master suite. If the resident wishes, the front room could actually become a study, though there is a study off the breakfast area to the opposite side of the home from the bedrooms.
Another nice element to this home is the garage. It is a 3-car garage, but it has a wall to separate and make a room for storage if need be.
